    @wwthompson1138 If you can hear the monotron when you connect a pair of headphones to it, then it should work fine through the line-in port or a fast-track audio interface. Have you enabled the track for recording in Garageband? Add a new Track and select "Real Instrument". Then, select the new track on the left, and in the right it should have a "Real Instrument" titled panel, with settings for the Input Source, recording level et al.
